My Experience With Growth Sinerama Wmx - Grow Taller Product

My Experience With Growth Sinerama Wmx - Grow Taller Product

I share always about my hair and beauty experience. But this time i want to share one of the best product for me. Yes i say best because its completely changed my life. I've always wanted to be taller. Before i tried some different ways for this. I tried stretching exercises. Exercises are really useful for health and gain height. At 5 months i gained 3 cm. It works slowly good but disadvantage is its make me really tired.

So I began to look for new ways for increase my height. I searched on the internet how to grow taller.
I have seen many strecthing exercises ( similar what i did before ) and some grow taller products. I really interested with grow taller products. After examining the grow taller products in detail. I gave a chance for " Growth Flex V-Pro " system. I used it nearly 3 months and it increased my height from 1.68,5 cm to 1.70 i just gained 1,5 cm and i didn't satisfied with results.

So i ordered another grow taller product which name is called " Peak Height - Height Maximizer " i told them  my experience before with  " Growth Flex V-Pro "  grow taller system. They explained many things about their product avantage and they convinced me to use the product.  It has 90 pills in 1 bottle and i used  3 pills every evening with my dinner. After 3 months i didn't notice any results. I was disappointed and  i called customer service and  they told me  reason is related my age (24 ) and everyone have different metabolism.

I continued to look for new ways for grow taller and i have seen new grow taller product ( " Growth Sinerama Wmx " ) about 6 months ago. I was skeptical for try it. ( because of my past experience with another products ). But i have seen many positive comments, good quality videos and customer reviews about it.  I thought it was worth a try.

I ordered 2 pots " Growth Sinerama Wmx " .  It was different from another products. It is in a powder form. ( other products was in the form pills ) . I started to use the product by following instructions. I mixed  " Growth Sinerama Wmx " into a glass of milk and i drank 3 times a day after meals.
Honestly i didn't see any results after 1 pot ( nearly 1 month ) and i thought it will not work.
Customer Service said  please be patience and use second pot Because most of our customers see results by second pot. After finished second pot ( nearly 2 months later )  results was amazing. I gained 2,2 cm in height. I feel SOOOOOO MUCHHHH HAPPYYY !!! :)

After seeing the results i ordered 4 pots more of " Growth Sinerama Wmx ". Now i completed 6 months with " Growth Sinerama Wmx " and my current height  is 180,3 cm  ( 5' 11" ) . Thats really amazing !!!!!! I feel much more beautiful and it's increase my confidence I still can not believe that.

What to eat for healthy hair

Just like skin, the condition of your hair is an outward sign of inside health. The cells that make up each strand of hair require a regular supply of key nutrients.
What to eat for healthy hair
Eat the correct balance of the following vitamins and minerals to supply hair with all that it needs to remain shiny, lustrous and strong...

ProteinDippy eggs with Marmite soldiers

As hair is made of protein, ensuring you have enough protein in your diet is crucial for making hair strong and healthy. If you are not consuming enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry, brittle and weak. Extremely low protein diets may result in hair loss. Choose chicken, turkey, fish, dairy products and eggs as excellent sources of protein along with vegetarian sources such as legumes and nuts.

high-iron dietsIron

Iron is an especially important mineral for hair and too little iron (anaemia) is a major cause of hair loss. The hair follicle and root are fed by a nutrient rich blood supply. When iron levels (serum ferritin) fall below a certain point, you may experience anaemia. This disrupts the nutrient supply to the follicle, affecting the hair growth cycle and may result in shedding. Animal products such as red meat, chicken and fish provide iron with a high bioavailability, meaning the iron is readily available to the body. Vegetarians can raise their iron stores by including lentils, spinach and other leafy green vegetables such as broccoli, kale and salad greens.

Vitamin CBlueberries

Vitamin C aids the absorption of iron so foods high in vitamin C are good to eat in conjunction with iron-rich foods. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant so is used readily by the body. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. Vitamin C helps in the production of collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the hair shafts.

Salmon & spinach with tartare cream Omega-3

Omega-3 fatty acids are important fats our body cannot make itself, and therefore must be obtained through our diet. Omega-3s are found in the cells that line the scalp and also provide the oils that keep your scalp and hair hydrated. Look out for oily fish such as salmon, herring, sardines, trout and mackerel and plant sources including avocado, pumpkin seeds and walnuts.

Vitamin APumpkin

Vitamin A is needed by the body to make sebum. Sebum is an oily substance created by our hairs sebaceous glands and provides a natural conditioner for a healthy scalp. Without sebum we may experience an itchy scalp and dry hair. Include animal products and orange/yellow coloured vegetables which are high in beta-carotene (which makes vitamin A) such as carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes.

Oysters with oriental dressingZinc and selenium

Scalp protection involves other important minerals, notably zinc and selenium. A lack of zinc can lead to hair loss and a dry, flaky scalp. Fortified cereals and wholegrains are a good source of zinc along with oysters, beef and eggs.

Vitamin ENuts

The sun can damage our hair just like it can damage our skin so ensure you eat foods rich in vitamin E to provide protection for your hair. Nuts are nutritional powerhouses, providing zinc and selenium as well as vitamin E so try to include them as part of a balanced diet.

eggsBiotin

Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin. Too little biotin can cause brittle hair and may lead to hair loss. Include biotin rich foods such as wholegrains, liver, egg yolk, soy flour and yeast.

Natural treatments

Make your own hair mask for a deep, nourishing treatment every two weeks. Whisk an egg yolk and mix with half a mashed avocado and a spoonful of honey. Massage onto damp, clean hair and leave for 30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

hair cycleThe hair cycle...

Each hair is attached to the scalp via a follicle. There are between 100,000 and 350,000 hair follicles on the human scalp. Each follicle grows its hair for an average of 1000 days (three years) and then rests for a period of around 100 days (three months) before being shed and a new hair begins to grow. This pattern of active growth followed by the resting period varies significantly from person to person and is influenced by age, diet and our state of health.

What is hair made of?

Hair is primarily made of a protein called keratin that also makes nails and forms the outer protective layer of skin. Each hair consists of three layers:
1. The cuticle - the outer layer, thin and colourless. It acts as the protective layer.
2. The cortex which contains melanin, which is responsible for hair colour.
3. The medulla, the innermost layer which reflects light.

Did you know...
...Whether your hair is straight or curly depends on the shape of the cortex. On average, blondes have more hair and redheads have the least.

Through thick and thin...Brush

The length of hair that you are able to grow is controlled by the duration of the growing phase, which varies between individuals. We all lose some hair naturally each day when we brush, comb or wash it and as long as new hairs are being produced at the same rate as those falling out, there will be no difference in hair volume. However if the rate of shedding exceeds production the net result is hair loss or thinning.
A variety of factors can alter the normal hair growth cycle and cause temporary or permanent hair loss including medication, chemotherapy, exposure to chemicals, hormonal factors, thyroid disease, stress or nutritional factors.

Hair loss

We shed hair every day as part of our body's natural process. Hair loss can happen at any time of life for any number of reasons. When hair loss becomes a concern, it is important to determine the cause before seeking out the appropriate treatment.
Potential non-dietary factors for hair loss include:
  • Age influences hair strength. As we grow older, there is a tendency for our hair fibres to become finer and shorter and we may experience hair loss or greying. It is normal for women to experience changes to their hair post pregnancy and as they enter the menopause.

  • Genetic hair loss is the most common hair loss problem affecting men and women. The onset is usually during the mid to late 20s and is often unavoidable. Women experiencing baldness may want to consult a trained medical professional.

  • Repeatedly losing and regaining weight can take its toll on your hair, causing it to become brittle and lacking lustre. Crash diets are often short in essential vitamins and minerals and over long periods of time this type of dieting will reflect in your hair.

  • Hormonal imbalances including thyroid dysfunction can produce significant changes to hair growth and quality. Thyroid function can only be assessed by blood test. If you are experiencing considerable hair loss, please consult your GP.

A note on alopecia areata (AA)...

This condition can result in total loss of hair from the head and sometimes loss of body hair also, although most sufferers develop a few isolated patches of hair loss, which may correct themselves without any treatment. Since the cause is unknown, treatment is hard. Talk to your GP if you are concerned about hair loss.

How to stop damaging your hair

How to stop damaging your hair

In our quest for beautiful hair, we often do things that damage our hair. Damaged hair is fragile, so it tends to break. Hair breakage can leave us with frizzy, unhealthy looking hair. If we continue to damage our hair, we may eventually see thinning hair or even bald spots.

The good news is that simple changes can prevent further hair damage. On this page, you’ll find 10 common hair-care practices that can damage hair and dermatologists’ tips that can help you to stop damaging your hair.
10 hair-care habits that can damage your hair
Washing your hair by rubbing shampoo into the length of your hair

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Gently massage shampoo into your scalp.
When you rinse the shampoo from your scalp, let it flow through the length of your hair and resist the temptation to rub it into your hair.
Skipping the conditioner

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Use conditioner after every shampoo.
Dermatologists’ recommendations for swimmers

Pool chemicals can be hard on your hair. The following can help protect your hair:
Wear a swim cap.
Rinse hair immediately after swimming.
After rinsing your hair, wash your hair with a specially formulated swimmers’ shampoo and follow with a deep conditioner.
Drying your hair by rubbing it with a towel

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Wrap your hair in a towel to absorb the water.
Let your hair air dry.
Brushing your hair while it is wet

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Do you have straight hair? Let your hair dry a bit before you gently comb it with a wide-tooth comb.
Do you have textured hair or tight curls? Always comb your hair while it is damp, using a wide-tooth comb.

Using a blow dryer, hot comb, or curling iron
Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Let your hair air dry when possible.
Use the lowest heat setting.

Limit the time a hot comb or curling iron touches your hair.
Use these tools less frequently, aiming for once a week — or even less often.
Applying styling products that offer long-lasting hold

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Try a hairstyle that does not require this product.
Pulling your hair back tightly, such as in a ponytail, bun, or cornrows
Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Wear hair loosely pulled back.

Use covered rubber bands made especially for styling hair.
Try a different hairstyle that does not pull on your hair.
Wearing a weave or hair extensions

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Wear weaves and extensions that are light, so they do not pull.
Get weaves and hair extensions at a salon that specializes in these services.
Wear a professional weave or hair extension for 2 or 3 months at most.
Keep up your scalp hygiene when wearing a weave or hair extension.
Switch hairstyles, so you don’t always wear a weave or hair extensions.
Coloring, perming, or relaxing your hair

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Try to add more time between touch-ups, especially when the air is dry. In the winter, try to stretch the time between touch-ups to every 8 to 10 weeks or longer.
Have only one service — a coloring, relaxer, or perm. If you want more than one service, perm or relax your hair first, and do it 2 weeks before you color your hair.
Use conditioner after each shampoo.

When in the sun, protect your hair by using a leave-in conditioner that contains zinc oxide or wearing a wide-brimmed hat.

Brushing your hair 100 strokes a day or tugging on your hair to style it

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:

Brush and comb your hair only to style it. Hair never needs 100 brush strokes a day. That’s a myth.
Use a wide-tooth comb, and use it gently to comb your hair.
Avoid pulling and tugging on your hair as you brush, comb, or style it.
Remove tangles gently, using a moisturizing conditioner if necessary.
When to see a dermatologist

If changing how you care for your hair does not help you see healthier hair, you may want to see a dermatologist. Your hair care may not be the root cause of your problem. Seeing a dermatologist is especially important if you are concerned about thinning hair or hair loss. Most causes can be stopped or treated. The sooner the problem is addressed,

Tips for Healthier, More Attractive Hair

Considering it is technically dead tissue, we spend an awful lot of time, money, and energy on hair care. And well we should. In addition to being fun to style and color, hair serves a valuable biological purpose: It keeps your head warm and helps regulate body temperature.
Hair, like nails, is an extension of your epidermis, the outer layer of your skin. It is composed mainly of protein. The typical hair cell stays with you for three to five years until it falls or grows out. Most of the time, it gets replaced. Because you spend so much time with your hair, particularly if you’re a woman, it deserves good care. So here are some hair care tips to help you keep your hair shiny, healthy, and beautiful:
1. Mash a ripe avocado (pit removed) with one egg, then apply to wet hair. Avocados are rich in vitamins, essential fatty acids and minerals that will help restore luster to your hair, says Stephen Sanna, expert colorist at the Pierre Michel Salon in New York City. Leave on for at least 20 minutes, then rinse several times. Repeat once a week for damaged hair and once a month for healthy hair.

2. Use one part apple cider vinegar and two parts very warm water to help balance the pH level of your scalp and bring out natural red highlights. It may be smelly, but it works, says Federico. Simply pour the vinegar mixture onto your hair, massage it into your scalp, and let it dry for a few minutes. Then wash hair as usual.
3. Mix one egg with a small amount of shampoo, apply to your hair for five minutes, and rinse well. This “shampoo omelet” helps to enhance the protein in your hair.
4. Make your own conditioner. Here are some simple tips to condition your hair using some everyday household ingredients:
  • Rub enough mayonnaise into your hair to coat it, wait up to an hour, and wash it out. You’ll be amazed at how soft and shiny your hair is, thanks to this great protein source.
  • Substitute condensed milk for your regular conditioner. The protein provides an extra-special shine.
  • Mix 2 ounces olive oil and 2 ounces aloe vera gel with 6 drops each of rosemary and sandalwood essential oils. Olive oil is an emollient, aloe hydrates, and rosemary adds body and softness.
5. Take one to three 250-milligram capsules of borage oil, evening primrose oil, or flaxseed oil one to three times a day. All are rich in omega-3 fatty acids like gamma-linolenic acid, great for keeping hair (and nails) moisturized, says Kathleen W. Wilson, M.D., an internist at the Ochsner Health Center in New Orleans and author of When You Think You Are Falling Apart.

Tips and tricks for hairstyling

I get asked a lot of questions about hair but probably the most frequent one is how my clients can style hair the same way I style it. After having a few styling lessons, here’s what I have figured out:
1. Move slower. A lot of times hair is something that people really care about, but they don’t spend enough time on it. And it’s okay to spend time on your hair. Adding 10 more minutes into your morning can make a world of difference.
2. When flat ironing, or curling your hair, slowly glide the tool through your hair at an even speed. Racing the flat iron over a section, large or small, will be completely ineffective.
3. Don’t be afraid to get right down to the roots. Nothing screams amateur quite like flat hair at the roots, and volume at the ends. Yes, round brushing helps that, but sometimes all you need is to inch that flat iron just a little closer to your scalp for lift!
4. Do not be afraid of hair products. Use them! Generously! When I’m showing a client just how much root lifter, or hair spray, or straightening serum to use, they are usually surprised. If you are going to pay for good hair products, you deserve good hair. Use the products!
5. There is no such thing as a cute “wash and go” style. It will usually always look like crap in about an hour. Just go ahead and decide that you have to do something to your hair if you care about how it looks.
6. The reason Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon’s hair always looks great 1/2 up or in a ponytail is because they began with well styled hair. If you style your hair as if you are going to wear it down, put some hairspray or finished products in it, andthen pull it back, it will style much easier. It’ll have more bounce. It’ll have more “grip” with the Bobby pins and ponytail holder.
7. Blowdry upside down and finish will a “cool shot” of air all over.  Easy way to get lots of volume.

A DERMATOLOGIST IN KOREA SHARES HIS COUNTRY'S SECRETS TO PERFECT SKIN

If the recent abundance of retail options is any indication, American women are interested — nay, fascinated — by the intricacies of Korean skin care. I count myself in this category because I saw good things happen on my face after I tried a rather elaborate 12-step Korean regimen, and I definitely wanted to go deeper. So when Alicia Yoon, the co-founder of Asian beauty e-tailer Peach and Lily, mentioned that she was meeting with Korea’s top dermatologist on her next buying trip, I sent her with some questions to ask him, which can basically be summed up as follows: “Can you please tell me all the secrets?”
Yoon sat down with Dr. Wonwoo Choi at his state-of-the-art Wells Spa in Seoul. In addition to at-home regimens, many Korean women visit estheticians, spas, and dermatology clinics frequently — the home skin care regimen acts as an adjunct to the maintenance they do at these locations. Dr. Choi conceptualized Wells Spa as a hybrid of a luxe spa and a serious medical clinic, a concept not seen in Korea much before now. And women are flocking to it. (Obviously, South Korea has also received a lot of media attention lately for the increasing popularity of extreme plastic surgery in the country. That’s beyond the scope of this piece — Dr. Choi is a dermatologist, not a plastic surgeon, so we’re keeping it skin-deep only here.)
He chatted with Yoon about how Korean women view skin care differently from women in the U.S., the most popular procedures in his office and the skin care ingredients he recommends. (You can find some Korean product recommendations at the end.)

THE BIGGEST SKIN CARE CONCERNS IN KOREA:

According to Dr. Choi, his patients want to decrease hyperpigmentation and increase skin “translucency.” Skin tightening and reducing acne scarring are close seconds, and women are downright nitpicky about it. “Women here demand 100% absolutely flawless and pristine skin,” Dr. Choi told Yoon. “Women put a lot of effort into maintaining perfect skin.” Doctors end up performing and recommending many more treatments than here in the U.S., because women want these interventions. Because it’s so competitive for services, prices stay relatively low.

GOING TO THE DOCTOR ISN’T A CHORE:

Dr. Choi said that women sometimes come to Wells Spa every two weeks for treatments. After-care is an important concept in Korea; here in the U.S., if a woman goes to her dermatologist for a laser treatment or Botox, generally there’s no reason to go back unless there’s a complication or when it’s time to do another treatment. In Korea, women will come back daily after getting an injectable like Sculptra for facial massage to prevent lumpiness and nodules, which are potential side effects. Botox is generally given in micro-dosages over a period of time, rather than all at once, so women are required to go in regularly for tweaks. “The larger dosages [used] in the U.S. could be too extreme for some skin types, with the inability to control results along the way,” Dr. Choi said.

NO PAIN, NO GAIN:

Korean doctors and scientists innovate a lot on what already exists and use it off-label, which is more difficult to do in the U.S., and unlike in our country, only medical doctors in Korea can administer injections and other technologies such as lasers. Dr. Choi helped to develop a system called the Da Vinci device, which is sort of like Thermage: a radio frequency treatment used to treat wrinkles, skin laxity and a host of other issues. Yoon got the treatment on the lowest setting at Dr. Choi’s office, and she reported that it was still pretty painful. “Women here would not make a peep about this,” Dr. Choi told Yoon.
It starts getting weirder when you talk about injections. Dr. Choi said that he “dilutes” Botox to use in smaller doses, and that he injects it in such a way so that it strategically causes a lift in the face. (Doctors in the U.S. are just starting to experiment with this technique.) He also administers something called “radiance injections,” which are a series of micro-injections of hyaluronic acid that go under the skin to increase, well, facial radiance. It sounds a lot like mesotherapy here in the U.S., which is definitely a niche procedure, but it’s pretty common in Korea, despite the fact that results only last about two weeks and it hurts like hell. Women use it for special occasions, and it’s apparently really popular with celebrities.
Then there are the nose injections. Yoon said that Korean women sometimes want to add height to the bridge of their noses, so they accomplish this with injectable fillers instead of going under the knife. These so-called "liquid nose jobs" are not permanent and there is a risk for side effects, but doctors in Korea use a special cannula instead of a needle and have perfected the procedure.

INGREDIENT RECOMMENDATIONS:

Dr. Choi doesn’t have his own line of products, but he had some general recommendations about the types of products he suggests to patients. He believes that hydration is the most important part of any skin care regimen for any age. “When [hydration] falls apart, nothing else works,” he said. “A common misconception is that those with oily skin may be well hydrated. Even those with oilier skin types could be insufficiently hydrated. Beyond drinking enough water, skincare products truly go a long way.”
He recommends products containing hyaluronic acid and glycerin. Rice extract and seaweed also work well, and peptides — which nourish skin — are also “water-loving” and help to keep skin hydrated. In general, women in Korea choose very focused products, rather than multi-taskers. Ampoules (super concentrated serums) and masks, which provide more intensive treatments, are very popular.

Make Up Removal

Make Up Removal

It's important for individuals of any age to consider proper care of their skin. Within the hectic modern lives we live, it's frequently too simple to neglect a person's health insurance and wellness. The condition of the epidermis states a great deal concerning the condition of your state of health, and knowing that we've produced a listing of how you can correctly remove make-up and cosmetics.

In the finish of the busy day, it is not easy to face up to the need to visit straight to mattress without getting rid of your make-up first. This really is problematic for several reasons. Make-up has a tendency to clog the pores of the epidermis, be responsible for significant skin problems. The skin needs an opportunity to breathe, so her chance to regenerate itself. Should you retire for the night during the night while still putting on your make-up, you're simply requesting trouble.

You need to start by tugging hair back and tying it inside a ponytail. A good option to start is by using your skills make-up. Using a cotton pad that's been moistened with make-up remover, lightly take away the make-up in the areas around your vision. Wipe each eye lightly, until all cosmetic traces happen to be removed. Make sure avoid setting it up inside your eyes.

The next thing is to carry out a proper facial cleansing. You will find numerous excellent items currently available, so take a while and do your homework about all of them. Test a few different items, and ensure that you finish track of one that's well suited for your skin. Place a tiny bit of your selected facial cleanser in to the palm of the hands, and lather it in your moistened face.

Throughout this stage of the daily cleansing ritual, you need to pay special focus on cleansing areas where your make-up was applied. It is advisable to use lukewarm water, because it will help within the introduction to your make-up and can make sure that your facial cleanser has the capacity to achieve its optimal lather. Spend some time, and make certain you do not miss the places that make-up was applied. Rinse with tepid to warm water when needed, and make certain to get rid of all the facial cleanser. If you have completed this task, try it again. Pat the face dry having a clean towel.

Proper facial cleansing is a straightforward procedure, but when it's not done regularly as well as in the correct manner the skin may become broken. Once we have stated, the skin must have the ability to breath to keep optimal health and wellness and regenerate itself. Attempt to add a proper cleansing to your bed time routine. The skin will thanks for this.

REVIEW: SU:M37 MIRACLE ROSE CLEANSING STICK

REVIEW: SU:M37 MIRACLE ROSE CLEANSING STICK

Hi girls! I talked to Alice the owner of w2beauty.com the other day and she recommended me to try the Miracle Rose Cleansing Stick from Korean brand SU:M37. It's a very popular product in South Korea at the moment and it is sold out at many stores. Alice recently stocked up a lot of them so if you're interested make sure to grab one as fast as you can. Read today's post if you want to know more about this miracle cleansing stick.

.
SU:M 37 MIRACLE ROSE CLEANSING STICK
So what's the hype about? This miracle rose cleansing stick is a hypoallergenic cleansing stick which contains fermented rose flower extracts and it includes more than 90% nature originated ingredients. It claims to make your skin soft, it won't make your skin dry nor irritated. It's 4 free - color, paraben, mineral oil and alcohol free. This is a low pH foaming cleanser. It has 80g of product. I think it will last for around 3 months if you use it twice daily.

PACKAGING
I love the high end red packaging that it has. Most of the descriptions are Korean on the packaging. The stick is very easy to use, you just need to twist the lower part and the product comes out. It's also easily portable, you can bring this on vacation if you want, it's not liquid so you can even carry this in your hand luggage!

.
HOW TO USE
You can either use it as your first cleanser or if you double cleanse you can use this as your second cleanser. These are the steps according to their descriptions:
1. Wet the face with lukewarm water.
2. Turn the stick to pull out 1 cm of content. Hold the bottom of the container and turn counter wise.
3. Put the stick on the face and create circular motions for light massaging. Apply more water if needed to create more lather.
4. Rinse off with lukewarm water afterwards.

To be honest, i'm not a big fan of this method. It seems like your face will be the platform to create that lather. The stick is actually quite hard, it's soap, and it takes a while to create lather, it's not really a massage to me. You can also rub the stick onto a wet foaming net or konjac sponge to create lather. I'm using this method and i like to use my Clarisonic MIA2 to create the lather. I rinse it off with lukewarm water afterwards. This method has worked great for me and it removes my make up really well too.

STRUCTURE & SCENT
One thing that i'm not a fan of is the scent that this product has, it has a light rose scent which isn't very pleasant. However, I got used to it after several usages, so i'm ok with it now.

Once you open the cap you can see the light pink rose petals on the stick.

As you can see, it will turn white when you rub it on the skin.

.
INGREDIENTS
Weird enough, there was no ingredient list on the packaging. I got the following list from w2beauty.com: Glycerol, Water, Orange Peel Oil, Lime Peel Oil, Lemon Peel Oil, Green Tea Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Basil Oil, Ylang Ylang Flower Oil, Majoram Oil, Fermented Damask Rose Extract, Apricot Seed Oil, Olive OIl, Sunflower Oil, Betaine, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Camellia Oil, Tocopheral, Rose Flower Water, Potassium Hydroxide, Lauryl Betaine

TESTING THE CLEANSING STICK
To test the stick out I applied waterproof eyeliner, bb cream and lipstick on my hand. I added water to it and rubbed the stick on it. Unfortunately, the lather wasn't visible on the picture, that just takes a while if you don't use a foaming net or Clarisonic. However, it did a great job on removing everything on my hand. The skin will feel soft, squeaky clean but unfortunately a bit tight as well.

.
WHERE TO BUY?
I received the stick from w2beauty.com for review purposes, she is selling the SU:M37 Cleansing Stick  for USD$36.50 including worldwide free shipping. If you're interested make sure to grab one since they are sold out really fast!

MY THOUGHTS
I can see why everybody likes this cleansing stick. It's travel friendly and it cleanses the make up really well. It also has a low ph level which is great. I am sure that this product can be a holy grail to people who has a sensitive skin. It's a product with wonderful natural ingredients. However, this is not a product that i would put in my holy grail list. I'm not a big fan of the scent eventhough i got a bit used to it now, but that's my personal preference. I also think the price is quite high for just a soap. It doesn't feel comfortable when rubbing the stick on the face, so other gadgets are needed for this to create lather. I have a combination dry skin and sadly this gives me a tight feeling afterwards which is the biggest reason i'm not a big fan of it. So sad to say, this cleansing stick is not my favorite.
